Callcentre People Ltd was set up in 1999 and has grown quickly providing permanent,
temporary, and contract staff and management for a number of large national and
multi-national businesses in various industries.
CallCentre People is recognised as being specialists within the CallCentre industry
and as such provides referrals to suppliers of technology, outsource solutions etc
and has developed recognised e-learning training solution workshops.
Our recruitment consultants have all worked in call centres and know the job from
the inside. Including knowing all about the challenges, the highs and the lows of
working in our environment and have a large degree of credibility with our clients
and our candidates. They really do know their stuff.
Our Management team
John Chetwynd - Director
With 30 years of experience in financial and services industries, John brings a
broad range of management skills and expertise to CallCentre People's operations.
John has held a number of Chief Executive positions, including Managing Director
of Creditcorp Services Limited, a successful public company.
Kim-Marie Rixson - General Manager
Kim-Marie has managed centres of up to 120 seats with a mix of both inbound and
outbound and held several national sales management positions. Working and living
internationally she moved into HR and recruitment where she gained the prestige
of being the top performing manager for a large multinational company. She was transferred
back to our beautiful country to run the New Zealand operation and has now joined
us here at CCP as the General Manager.
